As a Psychologist, I’ve worked for the past several years in the public health system, across various mental health and medical settings (both inpatient and outpatient).
I love public health, and believe that Psychologists have a lot to offer in this space, but I also love working 1:1 with people, and that’s why I’m here.
Clinically, I aim to bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion to my therapeutic work, and am passionate about supporting people through complex emotional experiences, life transitions and relational challenges.
What I’m Interested In.
Some of my areas of interest include:
anxiety symptoms & disorders
adjustment to significant life change
existential and end-of-life distress
grief and loss
mood disturbance & depression
somatic and physical health issues
relationship difficulties
trauma
I always welcome feedback throughout the therapeutic process, and believe that the relationship between client and therapist is the most important part of the process.
In the past, I have worked with people across the lifespan, however these days primarily work with adults and older adults.
Please note I do not currently offer ASD or ADHD assessments, nor work with couples or families.
